Organizational structure currently includes:
i) Management Board consists of six members, including:
ii) One coordinator
iii) One financial management staff/accountant
iv) Member organizations are divided into four specialized sub-groups: 1) Environment, Natural Resource and Rural Poverty Reduction; 2) Gender – Family – Health and Social Security; 3) Human Resource Development Training; 4) Agriculture – Forestry – Fisheries Extension and Community Development.

Financial Management Staff

CIFPEN Management Board:
This board was established in a group meeting on the grounds of voluntary participation of elected individuals. The Management Board consists of a management chief and five other members representing four mutually acting areas of CIFPEN (See Annex 2).
CIFPEN Management Chief:
The Management Chief is a member of the Management Board and is elected by other members. Members of the Management Board will in turn have the opportunity to hold the position of Chief every two years. Voting on the position is held in private.
The Management Chief is responsible for the general management of all activities in the group. The role and responsibilities for the position are stated clearly in Annex 2.
Coordinator:
The Management Chief assigns the Coordinator in consultation with other members of the Management Board. This position is in charge of directly organizing and coordinating activities of the group. The specific role and responsibilities of the coordinator are mentioned in the Annex 3.
Financial Management Staff:
The Management Chief nominates this position after consultation with other members of the Management Board. The financial management staff is responsible for all accounting. The role and responsibilities of this position are stated in Annex 3.
Members of the Management Board:
Members of the Management Board are representatives of the four specialized sub-groups selected by members of each sub-group. Management Board members are all engaged in the decision making process of the board and act as bridge to link the Management Board and sub-group members, at the same time taking responsibility for organizing and integrating activities of their sub-group with the larger group. Any initiatives put forward by members of the any sub-group will be distributed to every member of the Management Board and to other relevant agencies for financial support or cooperation.
